If your customer is a buyer your customer has created his or her budget after a lot of thinking. If you respect the budget and do not demean on stretching the budget your customer would be satisfied with you.
Your customer would be putting his or her utmost trust in you. Your customer would want you to be clear on all points. Both a buyer and a seller want you to be truthful and upfront with him or her. You need to show all the papers.
Customer’s priority over yours
Your customer wants you to value him or her before you value yourself. It is all about the customer. It is about their likes and dislikes and not yours.
Your customer expects you to advise him or her. He or she needs your expert assistance and would appreciate it if you place your expert opinions. However, it will not be appreciated if you push your advice or your opinion upon him or her.
Your customer would like you to thoroughly research the market. Not only should you research the present market but also the property. Your customer would like you and prefer you if you do your homework.
